She teachers for Hotpod yoga UK, and a number of studios in the UK as well as providing massage services for offices in the uk, with services including remedial, pregnancy, thai and TMJ/face massage work. She is also an organiser for All Roots yoga and wellbeing festival and is known for donating her services monthly to widen the pool of people accessing good health.
Her social media accounts are full of motivational tips & creative tasty, plant based recipes/finds that are friendly to the gut.
Dionne came to the wellbeing initially through a grade 3 spondylolisthesis in her spine in 2008. Stressed by her corporate Job, overweight and struggling to walk, she discovered yoga via a friend.
Soon, she built her strength back slowly. Avoiding surgery and rehabilitating herself with yoga and nutrition has inspired her to help others, and formulate her wellbeing business. As well as completing a wide range of workshops/CPD courses, Dionne completed her main yoga teacher training with Manju Jois, son of the famous Pattabhi Jois, as well as further teaching in Bali with Marcus Felicitti of Bodhi yoga.
Excitingly, she’s also completing advanced yoga training with a focus on shamanism, plant medicine and Ayurveda in Peru this year.
