A YIN and strength-based Vinyasa teacher based in London he works with the energetic body and the subtle body through practice of the physical asana.
Having been trained in India by Beta Lisboa, a student of Sarah Powers, he takes a mindful approach to the yin practice. He works deep into the fascia lines of the body and incorporates the chakra system so as to access the qualities and characteristics of the energetic body through engagement of the physical body with asana, working towards a point of balance that comes from within.
Drawing on his personal connection with the practice, and the shifts that this approach has created in body, mind and spirit, his devotion is to share with you what yoga has shown him, from the heart.
Yin for the mind, Yang for the body, both for the soul.
